In the event that your submission is chosen, in consideration of the publicity which you may receive, you agree to license GMMB, Inc., and U.S. Fund for UNICEF the right to use your submission in connection with the promotion of the Tap Project(“License”). By entering your submission, you warrant and represent that you have the right to enter into this License and you agree to hold GMMB, Inc. and/or U.S. Fund for UNICEF harmless in the event that the third party claims that your submission infringes their intellectual property.
